Software Refund Policy

As with most other software resellers, Cities Digital cannot accept returns and does not offer refunds on opened software.  For the software and hardware products that are sold by Cities Digital, the manufacturer's policy with regard to warranty against defects determines the ability to return or exchange products.  Cities Digital makes no guarantees with regard to those products, but will work with clients to find a resolution to any issues to the extent possible within the reseller agreement.
