LincDoc 2.0 Released

In addition to the existing set of powerful LincDoc features that have changed the way companies and municipalities handle business-critical data capture, LincDoc 2.0 includes a host of new user-driven advancements and sophistication, yet, it remains as simple as ever to use. Underneath the hood of the user interface lies a document creation and automation engine that will compete with any other electronic forms solution available today.

Barcodes

LincDoc 2.0 now supports Barcodes. Form data is easily embedded into a barcode via an innovative point-and-click interface allowing users to easily choose what information to include. Data can be output as PDF 417, Code 39 or Code 128. Barcodes can be oriented in any direction and placed as you wish on the page.

Testing Environment

LincDoc 2.0 includes LincDoc Archive, or LDAR, a form-testing environment included right in your interface. From there, you can easily finalize and roll-out your eForms and documents when they're ready. This will allow you to create reusable eForm "packs" for multiple customers, improve form testing, and in general simplify end user support. You can manage revisions, improve user support through testing and include all form characteristics and specs in your .LDAR file.

Digital Signatures

When you need someone's John Hancock, it won't take an act of Congress to get it. LincDoc 2.0 now has support for Adobe certified document signing, as well as functionality for signing with a mouse, your finger (for iPad and tablet users) or with a Topaz signature pad. You can also simply type a name or pull information from an external directory. Everything gets encrypted, routed and finalized without any of the hassles of traditional paper forms.
